Hikes, Treks, Camp

hiking in AspenAspen is hemmed in by three major wilderness areas and hiking, trekking and camping in the rugged drainages that tie them all together is one of our favorite summertime pastimes.

Our guides are available to take you on day hikes and overnights to popular high-country lakes or summits or lesser-known spots off the beaten path in places like the Snowmass-Maroon Bells Wilderness, Independence Pass area and more.

Day hike destinations could include the Pyramid Peak amphitheater, Crater Lake, Willow Lake, Buckskin Pass, Midway, Lost Man and more. Our guided treks include Aspen to Crested Butte, the Four Mountain Pass Loop (Tour de Maroon Bells) and more.

Over night camping trips into the White River National Forest are also possible. Imagine spending a night under the starry skies of Colorado near a mountain lake. And wake up to the smells and sights of wildflowers surrounding the campsite. A scenic hike is all it takes to get to one of these destinations.
