- Socks: thin socks work best, wool or synthetic
- Synthetic underwear or briefs: cotton does not dry or insulate when wet
- Running shorts or leggings
- Synthetic wicking t-shirt

- Mid-weight/breathable insulating layer: fleece or synthetic
- Hard shell rain jacket
- Lightweight liner gloves mid weight to thin for colder nights and early mornings
- Buff or neck/face covering for warmth and sun protection
- Running shoes (1-2 pairs)
- Casual shoes/sandals
- Casual clothes for in the hut: temperatures can range from mid 40’s to mid 80’s
