Itinerary

Day 1 - Acclimatization Day: On your first day in Aspen, you'll have the opportunity to go paragliding or fly-fishing, using one of these chosen activities as a means to acclimatize to the Aspen area (elevation 7,980 feet). Your acclimatization day also includes one high mountain gondola ride up Aspen Mountain and lunch at the Sundeck Restaurant (elevation 11,200 feet) where you'll enjoy amazing views of the valley's highest peaks, including the Maroon Bells.

Day 2 - North Maroon Peak: North Maroon (14,014 ft.) is one of the most frequently photographed peaks in the United States and a signature to Colorado's Rocky Mountain 'High Life'. With an early morning alpine start, we'll hike past Maroon and Crater Lakes, making our way up though a series or gullies to the North ridge and run it to the summit!

Day 3 - Aspen Rest Day: Internationally recognized Aspen, Colorado is perhaps one of the most famous mountain towns in North America. You may choose to simply relax and enjoy the town or consider an additional outdoor activity with Aspen Expeditions. From world-class restaurants, premier shopping and cultural events to the friendly faces of our mountain guides, make sure you take full advantage of all the Aspen area has to offer!

Day 4 - Pyramid Peak: Medieval looking and imposing from miles away, Pyramid Peak (14,018 ft.) has dramatic and airy exposure with a summit that will take your breath away! We'll get an alpine start the day of our ascent, scrambling Pyramid Peak's thrilling east ridge at over 13,000 feet to the summit. At the end of this spectacular day, the team will celebrate with a farewell dinner at one of Aspen's finer restaurants.
